Join ConServe and AKUVO on a webinar on how timing shapes successful recovery strategies across each stage of delinquency. We’ll explore the “hands of time” in recovery, from identifying opportunities to cure before charge-off to knowing when to assign accounts and when settlement may be the right path forward.

Attendees will gain insight into how charge-off age, account activity, and recovery timelines can help teams prioritize action and improve outcomes. This webinar will also highlight warning signs, decision points, and timely strategies that can help organizations maximize recovery while making informed choices.

Key takeaways:

  • Understand the key stages of delinquency and how timing influences recovery opportunities before and after charge-off.
  • Learn when to focus on curing accounts, assigning charge-offs, and evaluating settlement as part of a broader recovery strategy.
  • Identify “alarm” points that signal when accounts may need renewed attention, escalation, or a different approach.
  • Gain practical guidance for prioritizing aged charge-offs and improving recovery outcomes through timely, informed action.
